HUD Record Light Turns Off During Recording

HUD2 suffers from a known issue where an IP Phone that is currently recording a conversation, and receives a queue call, will continue to record the conversation, but the record light within the HUD2 Client turns off.

Fonality is aware of this bug, but has no plans to fix the bug as all activities surrounding the HUD2 Client product have ceased in favor of work on our HUD3 Client.

HUD3 will be a free upgrade to all Fonality customers with active ASMAs on their servers.
