Required Ports

For all audio issues (local AND remote), please ensure that your firewall is allowing the following ports:

  1. UDP 5060 - SIP signalling

  2. UDP 10000-20000 - SIP audio.  The entire range of 10000 ports is required.

  3. UDP 4569 - IAX2 signalling and audio

All of the ports listed should be open to and from the PBXtra without any NAT or PAT if possible.  Any firewall option such as SIP Fixup should be disabled.

Hardware Failure

If any component of your PBXtra has failed, you made need to contact Fonality Support in order to replace the failed hardware via an RMA.

Phone Registration

Please read Why can't I get phone calls? and make sure your phone is registered with PBXtra .
