The time on some/all phones is incorrect (Legacy)

The time on some/all phones is incorrect (Legacy)

  1. Click on Options --> settings

  2. Verify that the server's time zone matches your location

  3. Click on Options --> network

  4. Verify that the DNS Server IPs are valid and working.  If you are familiar with the 'ping' command (on any platform) perform a ping to the DNS Server IPs

  5. If the time on your phones still does not update, please Factory Flash the phone(s)
