Click on Options --> settings
Verify that the server's time zone matches your location
Click on Options --> network
Verify that the DNS Server IPs are valid and working. If you are familiar with the 'ping' command (on any platform) perform a ping to the DNS Server IPs
If the time on your phones still does not update, please Factory Flash the phone(s)
