Network Connectivity - How do I get a low profile bracket for my Sangoma interface card?

    Q: Is a low profile PCI bracket (half-height = 2U) available for my Sangoma interface card? If so, how can I get one?

     

    A: Low profile (half-height = 2U) brackets are available for purchase from Sangoma partners for the Sangoma TE1xx single-span E1/T1/J1 digital interface cards (TE121P, TE121B, TE122P, TE122B) and for the Sangoma TC400B & TCE400B transcoder cards.
    Low profile brackets are not available for other Sangoma interface cards.

    You can purchase these products from a Sangoma-authorized reseller or e-tailer.

     

    Note: Any modification to your Sangoma TE1xx or TC400B/TCE400B interface card, other than replacing its PCI bracket, will void its warranty.
