Network Connectivity - What can I do if I'm getting OUT OF RATES error when sending faxes over a gateway?

    If you are getting failed outbound faxes from your mailbox on Switchvox, over a Sangoma Gateway, and in the call log details it has:  Fax was attempted but failed with error code: OUT OF RATES, try the following steps to resolve the issue.

    1. Log into Gateway

    2. Go to Configuration > Sip Endpoints > Modify your Sip Endpoint > Fax Settings Tab

    3. Change Fax Mode to Audio Passthrough

    4. Then go to Media Settings Tab

    5. Set Jitter Buffer Mode to Static

    6. Set Jitter Buffer Delay to 20

    7. Place outbound test fax
