Open Source - How do I register my Telephony Interface Card?

  1. Go to http://www.digium.com/register and log in using your http://Digium.com user account.

  2. In the registration box select 'Telephony Interface Cards',

  3. Enter the required information -

    • serial number,

    • model number,

    • where and when the card was purchased.

Note - The serial number will be on a sticker attached directly to the base card, as well as on the clamshell the card was shipped in. The serial will begin with "DM" and followed by twelve numbers, such as:yes DM000000000000

Any attached daughter cards (e.g., analog modules or hardware echo cancellation modules)  will also have a serial number, but it is not necessary to register these daughter cards. Digium Technical Support only requires that the base card be registered in order to receive support.

  1. Once the card is properly registered you should be able to open a ticket for it by clicking on the "Support" link from the user account page.

  2. To receive support on a Digium Telephony Card it is necessary to register that specific card. Be sure to do this as soon as possible after receiving the card, this will ensure there is no delay if a support ticket must be opened.
