Open Source - Error: (59027) When specifying caller announcements, you must pass both the announcement_type and sound_id, or pass neither.

Call queues will not allow extensions to be added. The queue also cannot be modified in any way. The problem has to do with undefined variables.  Once these variables are defined with a good sound file the problem will go away.

1. Go to Setup → Extensions → Manage

2. Modify Call Queue

3. Caller Experience 

4. Toggle Caller Experience to Music on Hold

5. Click on Manage Queue Announcements

6. For each Announcements make sure there is a Sound file associated

7. Save

8. Then go back and Modify the queue
