Open Source - Why Cant I Blind Transfer Using Rapid Dial Keys?

There are two different kinds of transfers: Blind and Assisted.

• Assisted Transfers allow you to speak with the person receiving the transfer before completing the transfer.

• Blind Transfers send the caller directly to the person receiving the transfer.

When using a Rapid Dial Key to transfer a caller, it will perform an Assisted Transfer unless you have the Blind Transfer Rapid Dial setting enabled.
