Open Source - How to reset Polycom SoundPoint 6000 Phone to Factory Defaults

Press Menu on your Polycom phone
Navigate to Settings > Advanced. You will be prompted for a password. The default password is 456, but this can be changed by your administrator.
Select Admin Settings
Navigate down the screen to Reset to Default > Reset to Factory
For older firmware, if you do not see Reset to Factory selection, do the following instead:
Select Reset Local. Phone will prompt, "Do you really want to do this?"; respond with "Yes"; then screen will return and it looks like nothing changed-- this is OK, move forward with next step.
Select Reset Web. Phone will prompt, "Do you really want to do this?"; respond with "Yes"; screen will return and it look like nothing changed-- this is OK, move forward with next step.
Select Reset Device Settings. Phone will prompt, "Do you really want to do this?"; respond with "Yes". Phone will restart at this point, please wait for the phone to finish resetting and rebooting.
