Installing PBX module in SuiteCRM
The PBX extension provides an interface between your PBX and the CRM interface. The steps below document how to install or upgrade the module
You can download the module for SugarCRM prior to v8.0 here
You can download the module for SugarCRM v8.0 or above here
Installation
Navigate to the CRM module from within your PBX under the settings section
Select the CRM version you are using. Applicable only for SugarCRM.
SugarCRM/SuiteCRM Module Download - Link to download the module that has to be installed on your CRM to communicate with your PBX. Please download it for SugarCRM prior to v8.0 here, for SugarCRM v8.0 or above here.
Navigate to your CRM installation and login as an Administrator - Click "Admin" in the drop down
Click on "Module Loader"
Upload the package you downloaded from your PBX
Then click "Install"
Accept the License agreement
The module will then show up as installed
Because of Differences in SuiteCRM and SugarCRM the following steps are required to prevent loss of operation!
Go back to Admin
Go to Repair
Click "Quick Repair and Rebuild"
(This process will ensure the database tables are correctly configured and setup)Scroll to the bottom of the page, make sure to click "Execute"
You can then view your Call History - Navigate to "All" then navigating to "Call History"
Upgrading
Navigate to the CRM module from within your PBX under the settings section

Uninstall the old package but make sure to select "Do Not Remove Tables"
Upload the package you downloaded from your PBX
Then click "Install"

The module will then show up as installed
