How to Purchase an Advanced Queue License for PBXact Cloud

Objective

Advanced Queue licenses are available as standalone purchases

To purchase an Advanced Queue license, users must first log in to the Cloud Store.

How to purchase Advanced Queue license -

1. Log in to portal at https://store.cloud.pbxact.com/

2. Navigate to “Add New Service“ and click on Add-Ons section and look for Queue and Supervisor license

3. Increase the license quantity as per your business needs for Supervisor and Queue licenses and click on the Add to Cart button and then click on Next.

4. Checkout your order summary and select the check box then click on Submit Order button to complete the purchase process.

5. Once process completed click on Go to Your PBXact Cloud button, the purchased license will be displayed on the dashboard

6. After purchasing the Advanced features license , update the license on your PBXact UCC system where you can access the advanced queue features. Navigate to Sysadmin → Activation and press the Update Activation button.

7. After updating the activation check Registered Modules list for updated license details on the same page.
