Phones - Only the first four pages of the D70 sidecar display the user status and BLF

Currently, the Digium phone firmware is limited to only subscribe to the first 40 contacts in its contact list. Beyond the first 40 (i.e. the first four pages on the sidecar), the phone will not display the device state for the remaining contacts.

This is a limitation imposed by the phone firmware. Having a large group of phones, with each one subscribing to a high number of dialplan hints, can put a significant load on the server and potentially impact performance. Hence, a hard limit was placed as a preventative measure against this.
