Phone - Can I disable the "ignore" softkey on my Sangoma phone?

For some users you may want to restrict the ability to ignore incoming calls. To do this, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Setup -> Extensions -> Manage

2. Select the extension you want to change and click Modify

3. Select the Permissions tab

4. Expand the Use Calling Feature Field and set Ignore Calls to No

5. Select Save SIP Extension
