Phones - How do I register a Konftel 300IP SIP phone?

There are some specific settings to manually register a Konftel 300IP phone.

1. Click HERE for the Konftel manual for steps to obtain an IP address for the phone

2. Put the IP address into a web browser to access the Konftel GUI

3. For Profile, choose Admin

4. Default PIN Code is: 1234

5. Under Account 1, put in the extension number for: Account Name, User, and Authentication Name

6. For Registrar, put in the IP address of Switchvox

7. For Realm, put in an asterisk symbol: *

8. For Password, put in the phone password found in Switchvox under Setup > Manage > Modify extension > Phone Settings Tab > Common Setting Tab

9. Save

10. If the phone does not register, go back into the GUI and for Proxy, put in the same IP you put in step 6 and save
