Phones - Why am I still getting one way audio after I factory Reset my Polycom phone

  1. Login into the Polycom phone web gui by inputing the IP of the phone in a web Browser

  2. Login with User name: Polycom and Password: 456

  3. Click on Lines in the upper right

  4. Scroll down to Server 2

  5. Remove the IP address on the Address line

  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Submit
