Phones - How do you enable to Bluetooth for wireless headsets on the Sangoma D65 phone?
The new Sangoma phones (such as the D65) have Bluetooth (BT) ability for wireless headsets.
Below are the steps to enable Bluetooth capabilities:
On the D65, go to More > More > Menu > Applications
Select BT Headset
Select BT ON
Select Search, then Pair, then Connect (if necessary)
As per: https://www.digium.com/sites/digium/files/digium-ip-phone-user-guide.pdf (page 18):
BT/Wireless Headset:
App allows you to turn on and off the option to use BT/wireless headsets.
First search for available devices, then pair or unpair the device.
When a BT/Wireless device is paired, the headset audio path causes audio to go to the BT/Wireless device, instead of to the normal wired headset.
Once the device is paired, you can enable the ability to answer incoming calls from the bluetooth device by turning on the headset answer feature. To do this, go to setup > manage extensions > modify > phone settings > turn "headset answer" to Yes.
