Phones - How to take a screenshot of your phone's display

If you ever need to take a screenshot of your Digium phone's display for troubleshooting or documentation purposes, you can do so using the following steps:

1. Open a web browser on your computer

2. Navigate to http://<IP-of-the-phone>/cgi-bin/screen_shot

3. When prompted, enter admin as the username, and the Phone Admin Password for that extension as password

4. Right-click the image and select Save as

5. Name the picture and Save

The Default phone admin password is 789. If your phone has been provisioned by Switchvox you can find it by going to the Switchvox's admin interface and following the below steps:

1. Navigate to Setup -> Extensions -> Manage

2. Click Modify next to the Extension you want to view

3. Select the Phone Settings tab

4. Select the Digium Phones tab

5. Scroll down and select Advanced Phone Options

6. Scroll down to the Passwords section
