Phones - D80 phones require Enable Line Keys for Rapid Dial to be set to YES

Prior to D80 firmware 1.8.13.1 the setting, Enable Line Keys for Rapid Dial, did not matter and the D80 always showed rapid dials.
With firmware 1.8.16.1 (released with Switchvox version 6.7.1.2) this setting is no longer ignored and must be set to YES in order to have Rapid Dial Keys show.

To access this option through web user portal:

1. Log into /main

2. Go to Features > Phone Features > Rapid Dial Favorites

3. Click the Digium Phone Options button

To access this option through web admin portal:

1. Log into /admin

2. Go to Setup > Extensions Manage

3. Click the icon to LogIn As This User

4. Go to Features > Phone Features > Rapid Dial Favorites

5. Click the Digium Phone Options button
