Phones - How do I login to the web interface of a Polycom phone?

You can access the Polycom Web Configuration Utility using any compatible web browser installed on your PC. 
 

1. Power on the phone.

2. Confirm that the PC and phone are on the network.

3. Enter phone's IP address into your supported web browser.

   • To display the phone's IP address, press Menu > 2 (Status) > 2 (Network) > 1 (TCP/IP Parameters).

4. For Username, enter: Polycom

5. For Password, enter: 456

6. After successfully logging into the Web Configuration Utility, manually register your phone.
