Phones - Losing BT connection on P330 or P370 phone

Depending on the connected Bluetooth device, it is possible for your device to become disconnected, but not unpaired, following a firmware upgrade and/or reboot of your P330 or P370 model telephone.

If this occurs, on your P330 model telephone, enter the Bluetooth menu, accessible at:

More > Menu > Applications

Then, select the Bluetooth application icon.
Then, select the Bluetooth device that is paired, but disconnected by highlighting it using the up and down arrow keys.
Then, press the Connect soft key to re-connect your device.

The status of your Bluetooth device should now show "Connected."
