Phones - Yealink PIN requirements for Zero Touch Provisioning
Yealink PIN requirements for Zero Touch Provisioning
Starting October 1, 2025, older Yealink phone models used on Business Voice will require a PIN before they can complete Zero Touch Provisioning.
This change is due to Yealink introducing enhanced security requirements as part of their new RPS server. For more details about this change, please refer to the following link: https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/knowledge/show?id=687f7b3706b3cf2066d84dea.
Each RPS PIN is unique to the individual device and must be obtained from our support team.
