SIPStation and FAXStation - Forgot SIPStation Password

Have you forgotten your password used to log into the SIPStation web site at http://www.sipstation.com? You can use the forgot password function to request a password reset.

1. Go to http://www.sipstation.com 

2. Click the Login button in the top right corner of the page.

3. Click on “I forgot my password”.

4. Enter the e-mail address that is associated with your SIPStation account, then click the Request Password button.

5. You'll receive a confirmation message on the next screen.

6. Check your e-mail for a message received from SIPStation. Click on the URL link in the e-mail.

7.  You will be taken to a web page where you can enter a new password. Fill out your e-mail address and then enter your desired new password twice. (Take note of this new password.) Click the I’m not a robot checkbox, and then click the Reset Password button.

8. You should now be logged into your SIPStation account automatically.
