SIPStation and FAXStation - DIDs

A full listing of DIDs can be found within your Account Overview. This includes information on what location the DID is assigned to, and what service is attached to the DID (voice/fax). Moving DIDs between locations is also handled here.

1. Ensure you are logged into the SIPStation Store, then select "DIDs" from the "Account Overview" dropdown menu

2. All DIDs in your account will be displayed. You can filter using the search box by entering full or partial search terms for DID, Location Name, or Type of Service

3. You can move DIDs from your current location by selecting one or more DIDs, picking the new location from the dropdown box labeled "Locations with active services", then clicking the "Move DIDs" Button
