SIPStation and FAXStation - Different Types of Fax Users Explained

Super Users

Login Access
- Can log into the following sites:
  - eFax Portal https://fax.sipstation.com
  - Support Portal https://ussupport.sangoma.com
  - SIPStation Admin Portal https://sipstation.com
  - Sangoma Portal https://portal.sangoma.com
- Cannot log into the following sites:
  - Not applicable - Full access to everything
eFax Panel Permissions
Admin
- Create users and manage other users' settings and permissions
- Can create additional Fax Admin users or eFax Only users for any location within the organization the Super User belongs to
- Can create new Super Users from the SIPStation Admin Portal at https://sipstation.com
- Devices
  - Settings- Can set any device settings for all locations under their organization
  - Alerts- Can set alerts for any devices for all locations under their organization
  - Status- Can see the status for any devices for all locations under their organization
- Viewing Faxes
  - Can view faxes for any DIDs they have permissions for
- Trunks
  - Settings- Can set the name of any trunk for all locations under their organization
  - Auto Delete- Can set the auto delete options for any trunk and DID for all locations under their organization
  - Emails
    - Can set email alerts for inbound and outbound faxes for any DID for all locations under their organization
    - Can also see the alerts and delete alerts that other users created for any DID for all locations under their organization

eFax Panel Permissions
- Admin
  - Can create users and manage other users' settings and permissions
  - Can create additional Fax Admin users or eFax Only users for any location that the Admin User has permissions for
  - CANNOT create Super Users
- Devices
  - Settings- Can set any device settings for locations they are an admin user of
  - Alerts- Can set alerts for any devices for locations they are an admin user of
  - Status- Can see the status for any devices for locations they are an admin user of
- Viewing Faxes
  - Can view faxes for any DIDs they have permissions for
- Trunks
  - Settings- Can set the name of any trunk for locations they are an admin user of
  - Auto Delete- Can set the auto delete options for any trunk and DID for locations they are an admin user of
  - Emails
    - Can set email alerts for inbound and outbound faxes for any DID for locations they are an admin user of
    - Can also see the alerts and delete alerts that other users created for any DID for locations they are an admin user of

  - Can view faxes for any DIDs they have permissions for
- Trunks
  - No access except to set email alerts. (The user sees this section as renamed to just "Emails" since no other trunk sections are viewable for them.)
- My DIDs
  - Allows the user to remove themselves from seeing any specific DID from the Fax Section. If the user removes themselves from a DID, they will not be able to add themselves back. Only an Admin or Super User can add them back.
