Business Voice - Hospitality Service Configuration Guide

Sangoma's Business Voice solution now offers the significant capability to seamlessly integrate with Jazzware's comprehensive Hospitality solution. This integration provides enhanced communication functionalities and streamlined operations for hospitality businesses leveraging both platforms. By connecting Sangoma's robust voice services with Jazzware’s tailored hospitality features, users can expect a more unified and efficient communication ecosystem designed to improve guest experiences and staff productivity. This integration aims to bridge communication gaps and create a more cohesive operational environment within the hospitality sector.
Step 1 - Retrieve the Property ID
If you have a direct relationship with Jazzware retrieve the Property ID from Jazzware; otherwise, Sangoma will provide the ID.
Step 2 - Create the PMS Integration Service Connection
Access the Property Management System (PMS) configuration:
Log in to the Business Voice portal.
In the left menu, select Hospitality management, then the Property Management System configuration option.
Select the desired PMS Integration Service (I.e. Jazzware)
Enter the Property ID for the PMS Integration Service retrieved previously.
Click the Connect button.
Step 3 - Add the Hospitality Rooms
Note: Rooms can be added manually or imported via a CSV file. If you are adding multiple rooms, we recommend using the import via CSV file method.
Import Hospitality Rooms via a CSV File
Log in to the Business Voice portal.
In the left menu, select Hospitality management, then the Guest Extension Configuration option.
Click the .CSV button.
Click the DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE button.
Add New Hospitality Rooms Manually
Log in to the Business Voice portal.
In the left menu, select Hospitality management, then the Guest Extension Configuration option.
Click the + NEW ROOM button.
Enter the Room Range.
Enter the Extension Range.
Select the device Type.
Click the SAVE button.
Add MAC address to the extensions
① Log in to the Business Voice portal.
① Expand the System Management option in the left side menu.
② Select Asset management.
③ Scroll down to the extensions section.
④ Enter the MAC address for the devices assigned to that extension.

How to Edit an Existing Room
Log in to the Business Voice portal.
In the left menu, select Hospitality management, then select the Guest Extension Configuration option.
Click the Edit/Pencil icon to the left of the room to be edited
Make the desired changes.
Click the Save button.
How to Delete an Existing Room
Log in to the Business Voice portal.
In the left menu, select Hospitality management, then select the Guest Extension Configuration option.
Click the Trash Can icon to the left of the room to be deleted.
Click the Delete button.
How to change the Property ID
Log in to the Business Voice portal.
In the left menu, select Hospitality management, then select the Property Management System configuration option.
Select the desired PMS Integration Service (I.e. Jazzware)
Enter the Property ID for the PMS Integration Service retrieved previously.
Click the CHANGE PROPERTY ID button.
