Things to Consider
Departmental park: Any extension that is not assigned to a departmental park group will not have the associated departmental park speed dial keys available as a configuration option within Group Speed Dial.
BV+ Remote extensions: Any speed dials configured within the group will begin after the predefined park keys assigned to the location.
Note for below considerations: If the total number of configured speed dials exceeds the capacity supported by the extension, any additional entries beyond the device’s limit will not be displayed.
Business Voice+ multicast speed dial: If a multicast extension is configured within the group, the speed dial keys will automatically shift to accommodate it.
Business Voice receptionist key: If a configured extension has multiple receptionist keys in the group, the speed dials will be shifted down to accommodate that rule.
