Business Voice - How to enable and disable Find-me/Follow-me

To change Find-Me/Follow-Me settings:

  • Access the Business Voice Portal 

  • Select the Individual Phone Settings option from the left side menu.

  • Select the Find-me / Follow-Me option from the Individual Phone Settings page.

  • To disable the Find-Me / Follow-Me feature, Uncheck the Enable Find-Me / Follow-Me option.

  • To enable the Find-Me / Follow-Me feature Check the Enable Find-Me / Follow-Me option.

  • Click Save Changes and Save Changes to System.
