When an extension is first added to the Business Voice system, a Welcome email is automatically sent to the assigned user, using the User's assigned email address. That email contains a Welcome note from Sangoma, with the portal login (https://portal.star2star.com) credentials and links to information guide(s) for the phone that has been installed to the User. It is possible that the email may have been intercepted by your email spam filter and placed in your Junk or Spam folder.
