Business Voice - How to add a multi-extension device in the portal
Overview
This guides provides instructions to add a multi-extension device (i.e. DECT phone) in the portal:
Access the Go to the Business Voice Portal.
Search and select the desired location.
In the menu on the left side select Extension under Device Configuration.
Select DECT Phone from the Phone dropdown menu.
In the Multi-Extension Device dropdown menu, select Add New Device.
Enter device information and click Add Device button.
Click Save Changes to System.
In the menu on the left side select Multi-Extension Devices under Device Configuration.
Here you see the new Multi-Extension device listed.
Select Edit to display options to enable/disable repeater mode.
