Business Voice - How to perform an Attended Transfer

To perform an Attended Transfer (transfer with announcement)

Ensure the StarScope® 2 Setting - EXTENSIONS "Use Enhanced Transfer Menu" is set on your system. Click the  icon (top right of screen) to check. Click the CallerID display of your call to access a drop down menu displaying Call Control options (see example below / left. Click the Attended Transfer option and follow the on screen prompts.
