Switchvox Cloud - How to stop Digium phones from looping when DCS customers are using an AT&T U-Verse NVG510 Router/Firewall
Log into the NVG510 router through your browser. The default IP address is usually 192.168.1.254.
Use the device access code on the side of the router to log into the router.
Navigate to Firewall-Firewall Advanced.
Turn Off all Firewall Advanced settings and click Save.
Now power off all Digium Phones.
Turn on phones and wait for steps 1 through 8 to complete.
In the Digium Phone settings menu choose option 2, Digium Configuration Server.
Enter the IP address of the Digium Cloud Server.
Enter 5062 or 5060 for the Port.
Save the settings, the phone should register to the server.
