Digium Cloud Services performs nightly backups for your cloud system and keeps the backup file offloaded to an FTP server for 3 days. In the event of a failure DCS engineers can handle recovery and restore processes, eliminating the need for disaster recovery hardware or software at your side and facilitating a quicker recovery process.
