Switchvox Cloud - How should I set up G729 codec for Switchvox Cloud?

Below is the specific setup you should use when enabling the G729 codec for a Switchvox Cloud customer and Switchvox SIP Trunking:

1. To activate your G729 licenses follow the steps HERE

2. Go to Server > VoIP Providers and modify the Switchvox SIP Trunk

3. Go to the Call Settings tab and only turn on ULAW and G729, disable all other codecs

4. Save VoIP Provider

5. Then follow the steps HERE to enable G729 on each extension you want to use it on (for Switchvox Cloud, we suggest only enabling G729 for the extensions that will be using it, and turning off all other codecs)
