Switchvox Cloud - What causes a DCS port block?

Cloud services may block an IP from time to time as a security measure.  This can affect networks that DCS phones are on, not allowing them to register.

Running a port scan on our servers will get your IP blocked. 

You will need to contact technical support to release the block if you believe your network IP has triggered a block.
