Switchvox Cloud - What settings should I create in my Barracuda-NG firewall for Switchvox Cloud?

Barracuda-NG firewalls function off of session-based signaling. There are no traditional in/out settings-based network wide. Below are the settings that should be configured for use with the Switchvox Cloud.
