Switchvox Cloud - Can I record calls using Switchvox Cloud?
Yes. Switchvox Cloud supports user-initiated call recordings. Switchvox Cloud also supports scheduled or automatic call recordings; however, enabling scheduled call recording can result in excessive disk space usage that may lead to performance issues with your Switchvox Cloud service. It is the customer’s responsibility to either delete recorded calls or to offload call recordings to an external server in order to keep disk space usage to an acceptable level.
In the event your disk space usage is deemed excessive, sound files may be automatically deleted, including existing call recordings, voicemails, or greetings. We will alert you via email when you have excessive recordings and instruct you to delete those recordings in order to solve the issue.
