Switchvox Cloud - How to configure a Cisco ATA for Switchvox and Switchvox Cloud

Below are the settings required for using a Cisco ATA with Switchvox or Switchvox Cloud:

1. ​Navigate to Lines -> Line 1 -> Proxy and Registration

2. For Proxy enter the IP address of your Switchvox appliance or Switchvox Cloud instance

3. Set Register to Yes

4. Set Register Expires to 120

5. Set Proxy Fallback Interval to 120

6. Scroll down to the Subscriber Information section

7. Set User ID to your extension number

8. Set Use Auth ID to No

9. Set Password to your extension Common Settings Password

10. Click Submit on the bottom of the page, the ATA should reboot, and then register to the Switchvox or Switchvox Cloud instance.
