What’s New and Improved (Version 7.12)

  • SalesForce Integration Improvements

    • Agents can now select Show Attached Data in the embedded panel for Salesforce calls; the attached data is also captured in the call’s Activity Log

  • Usability Improvements

    • Agent email addresses are now included when exporting agent related reports

    • Chat audio notifications now use a recorded voice instead of a faint chirp

    • Agents can now log in using their email addresses

    • More visible chat notifications/ warning messages

    • AI Assist upgraded to OpenAI’s 4o-mini model which allows it to provide more accurate and contextually relevant responses.
