SalesForce Integration Improvements
Agents can now select Show Attached Data in the embedded panel for Salesforce calls; the attached data is also captured in the call’s Activity Log
Usability Improvements
Agent email addresses are now included when exporting agent related reports
Chat audio notifications now use a recorded voice instead of a faint chirp
Agents can now log in using their email addresses
