Digital Channels
Managers and supervisors can now configure personalized messages for digital channels in the following scenarios:
Display queue position while waiting (e.g., “You are #3 in the queue”)
When no agents are available or logged in, a message will inform customers accordingly
Show pre-chat messages displayed on the chat form
Managers and supervisors can now configure Custom Service Hours for inboxes, enabling automated after-hours messaging based on your defined schedule
Streamlined Report Navigation
Call Recordings Can Now Be Saved as MP3 Files
CX now supports custom post-call survey flows with configurable routing destinations (numbers)
