Sangoma CX - Maintenance Updates - June 17 - 20, 2025

• We'll be disabling Opus and G.729 codecs in production

  • This change will happen gradually between June 17 and June 2, 2025

• We'll be disabling TLS v1.1

  • Verto / WebRTC scheduled to happen gradually between June 17 and June 20

These changes will be implemented during off-peak hours (5:00 AM EST). Deployment is estimated to take 60 minutes. No service interruptions are expected, and voice services will continue to function normally using supported codecs and secure protocols already in place.
