How to enable Two-Factor Authentication for Sangoma's Voice, Video, Message and Productivity Apps
Support for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) login is now available for our Voice, Video, Message and Productivity Apps. This security feature enhances the protection of user accounts by requiring a second form of verification via SMS or email. Users can choose their preferred method of verification to ensure secure access.
How to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
① Access the security page.
Via a web browser go to auth.sangoma.com.
Login using your current credentials.
Select Security from the menu on the left side.
② Email Verification
Click the Enable / Disable switch to the right of your email address.
A verification code will be sent to your email address.
In the verification pop-up window, enter the verification code provided in the email and click the VERIFY button.
③ SMS Verification
If an SMS number number has not yet been provided, click the + ADD PHONE NUMBER button.
Enter the SMS number to use for Verification.
Enter only the numbers. Do not include an special characters “()” or “-”.
A verification code will be texted to the SMS number provided.
In the verification pop-up window, enter the verification code provided in the text and click the VERIFY button.
