Click the Open a case button and Log in using your Sangoma credential.

Tracking Support Case
To get the latest update on a support case go to http://help.sangoma.com and click on the Log in link in top right corner of the page and log in using your Sangoma credential.
After logging in, click on Cases at the top of the page.
