Sangoma Meet - How to Activate Your New Sangoma Meet Account

As a new Sangoma Meet user, you should have received an email similar to the one below.

Email Subject: Welcome to Sangoma Meet!

Sender’s Email: noreply@sangoma.com

Note: It is advised to check the spam folder for this email if it is not present in the Primary inbox.

Hi there!

Welcome to Sangoma Meet! We are thrilled to get you started on your video conferencing journey.

To activate your account, visit meet.sangoma.com and log in using your Sangoma credentials. You can also reset your password from the Sangoma Meet login page.

Email Received

Once the email is received, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit “https://meet.sangoma.com/ ” or click on “Open Sangoma Meet” in the welcome email.

  2. Click the Login button in the top right corner:

  3. Log in with your Sangoma credentials (Use the same email address on which you received the Sangoma Meet welcome email)

  4. Click the “Sign in” button.

  5. Reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link

  6. Enter the same email ID on which you received the Sangoma Meet welcome email and click the Send button, as shown below, to receive a link to create a new password:

  7. After submitting the password reset request, you should receive a “Password reset” email from noreply@sangoma.com.

  8. After clicking on “RESET MY PASSWORD”, you will be taken to a webpage to generate a new password.

  9. Once you reset the password, you can use the email ID (on which you received the Welcome email) and the password generated by following the steps above to log in to meet.sangoma.com

 

You are now all set to enjoy seamless video meetings with Sangoma Meet!
