Sangoma Meet - How Do I log into Meet.sangoma.com if I bought a Switchvox Cloud Advanced User Subscription?

For Switchvox Cloud customers, if you have at least one Advanced User Subscription, a Switchvox extension-user can use Sangoma Meet.

• The admin must ensure each user has their email address in the Login Email Address field of their extension Profile settings, for the users who are going to use the Advanced features.

• The user must log into the Meet app, or http://meet.sangoma.com via Switchvox:

  • Click the Switchvox button on the Sangoma Meet Sign In screen.

  • Enter your email address (the address your Switchvox administrator entered in the Login Email Address field for your extension).

  • On the next screen, enter your password (the same password you use to log into the User Suite or the Sangoma Phone desktop softphone). That screen also allows you to select your Switchvox from a dropdown, in the event that your email address is associated with multiple Switchvoxes. That is uncommon.
