Sangoma Meet - Why is a Switchvox customer seeing multiple Switchvox PBX options when trying to login from Meet Homepage?
A Switchvox Cloud customer may see multiple Switchvoxes (as shown below) in the drop-down menu when trying to log in from Sangoma Meet homepage (meet.sangoma.com) if they have multiple Switchvoxes associated with their account. Each Switchvox will be displayed as a separate option, so the user can select the appropriate Switchvox to proceed with the login process.
The list includes each Switchvox Cloud where the Switchvox administrator has enabled Sangoma Meet login for their users (see Switchvox - Extension Settings ), and/or the user's email is already available via registration of the Sangoma Connect/Talk mobile app. So if a user has multiple Switchvoxes linked to their email address, the drop down menu will show all of those Switchvoxes.
