Overview

Sangoma Meet uses the Gravatar app to display your profile picture. By adding or updating your Gravatar profile, you can manage the image that appears in Sangoma Meet when your camera is disabled.

How to Access the Gravatar App

From Sangoma Meet

1. Open the Sangoma Meet App.

2. Click your profile name in the top-right corner.

3. Select General Settings from the dropdown menu.

4. In the left-hand menu, select Profile.

5. Hover over the Info ⓘ icon and click the displayed link.

6. Click Login.

7. Enter the email address associated with your Sangoma Meet account (e.g., username@sangoma.com) and click Continue.

8. Check your email for a verification code.

9. Enter the code and click Continue.

From a Web Browser

1. Go to https://gravatar.com/.

2. Click Login.

3. Enter the email address linked to your Sangoma Meet account and click Continue.

4. Check your email for a verification code.

5. Enter the code and click Continue.

How to Add a New Gravatar Profile

1. Follow the steps above to access the Gravatar app.

2. Enter your Full Name and click Continue.

3. Upload your photo:

   • Click Upload.

   • Open

     

   • Select a photo.

   • Click the Done button.

   • Click the Continue button.

4. Provide professional details as required, then click the Continue. button.

5. You can skip the Connect verified accounts step by clicking Do this later button.

6. Click the Finish button.

Your new image will now appear in Sangoma Meet as your avatar whenever the camera is disabled.

How to Update Your Gravatar Profile

1. Access the Gravatar app using the steps above.

2. Update your Gravatar image:

   • Click on your current image.

   • Click Upload, select a photo, and click Done.

3. Update your profile information:

   • Click on the field you want to edit (e.g., Display Name, Job Title, Location).

   • Make your changes and click Save Changes.
