How To Perform a Port Loopback Test on a Digium Gateway
Before a loopback test can be performed, you need to be sure you have a physical loopback connector on-site. If you do not already have one you can follow the steps listed here to create one:
Attach the loopback connector to the port being tested
Log into the Gateway as the Administrator
Navigate to the Diagnostics drop down tab
Select Diagnostic Tests
Slide the Run Port Loopback Test tab along with the propper Port tabs to 'Yes'
Begin the test
