Method 1: The Back of the Gateway

The MAC address should be located on the back or on a sticker on the bottom of your gateway next to the power socket.

Method 2: The Gateway Web Interface

If you don't have physical access to it you can also get the MAC address by going through the web interface of the gateway and navigating to Diagnostics->System Information.
