Support Services - What can I do if my analog phone attached to an SPA 112 won't dial?

If you have analog phones connected to a Cisco SPA 112 registered to Switchvox and are having issues dialing out or other extensions, try the following:

  1. Log into the SPA 112 web interface

  2. Go to Quick Setup

  3. Copy the dial plan, for line 1 and 2, to notepad in case you want to revert back to it

  4. Replace the dial plan for both line 1 and 2 with the following: x.T|*xx.T

  5. Save settings and test
