Support Services - How do I activate my extended warranty for my new Switchvox?

You must activate an extended warranty on a new Switchvox, it cannot be added later.

  1. Go to the activation page HERE.

  2. Under Activate Switchvox Products, click Activate Extended Warranty

  3. In the Serial Code field, put in the Serial Number of the Sangoma server

  4. In the Warranty Code field, put in the Warranty Code you purchased

  5. Click Activate

If you do not know your serial number for your Sangoma server, it can be located on a sticker under the server, or you can contact technical support at 256-428-6000.  You will need to already have registered the PBX and have the first six characters of your registration.

If you would like to confirm your extended warranty was applied to your new Sangoma server, contact technical support at 256-428-6000, have your first six characters of your registration code handy.
